1. SUBSCRIPTION


Complete the form under “Order” and accept the T&C. You can also see the delivery date of your first Pink Box here. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. Your customer account will be activated as soon as you click on the confirmation link.
Your monthly Pink Box subscription must be paid by invoice. You will receive your invoice monthly with your Pink Box.
The subscription is open-ended and stops only when you decide to cancel it. The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
You can cancel your Pink Box subscription at any time via your customer account. Simply click on “Edit” in your customer account under your subscription details.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect as of the following month, as described in the T&C. For example, if you cancel your subscription in May, you will still receive the May box, but will not receive the June box.
When you register with Pink Box, a customer account will automatically be created for you. This applies regardless of whether you've taken out a subscription or redeemed a voucher. To access your profile details, click on the icon in the top right corner. You can request a new password on the next page.
No, you can redeem your voucher directly. To do so, log in to your customer account and redeem your gift voucher under “Invoices”. Your subscription period will be recalculated automatically.
You can quickly and easily change your address in your customer account. To do so, log in to your customer account at www.pinkbox.ch. You can change your address under “My details”.
The e-mail may have gone into your spam folder. If you can't find the e-mail there either, please contact our Customer Service team.

2. DELIVERY


You can see your delivery status in your customer account under “Invoices”.
Your Pink Box will be sent by post and should arrive within 1-3 working days. However, delivery times may vary slightly, which is why your friend may have received their Pink Box already. Wait another 2-3 days. Your Pink Box should also have arrived by then. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact our Customer Service team.
All products go through a strict quality control process. Please let us know immediately if anything is wrong with your delivery. Please contact our Customer Service team.
The Pink Box can only be shipped within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
If you're going to be abroad for a long period of time, you don't need to cancel your Pink Box subscription. We can pause your subscription for you for a few months, and you can begin to receive the box again once you get back. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange this.

3. PRODUCTS


For CHF 19.95*, you'll receive an exclusive selection of five personal care and cosmetic products in original or special sizes, beautifully packaged in a high-quality box. Also included are useful application tips and interesting additional information about the products.

The products in the latest Pink Box remain a secret until you receive your box, so that you can enjoy a special surprise every month. You can, however, take a look at the contents of previous boxes on our website to get an idea of what's in them.
Of course, we hope you like the products we've selected. Perhaps you can give the product to a friend as a gift. Remember to fill out the beauty profile in your customer account, so that we can tailor products to you – wherever possible.
The beauty profile helps us get to know your wishes and needs. Wherever possible, we include products that match your beauty profile. Log in to our website by clicking on the icon and select “Beauty profile” in your customer profile to create or edit your beauty profile.
The Pink Box product selection changes monthly, so it's only available for the current Pink Box. But it costs nothing to ask! If you'd like to re-order a Pink Box, please contact our Customer Service team. You might be lucky and we may still have a box in stock!
You can find the “Online shop” button for each product on our website. When you click on this button, you'll either be taken directly to an online shop or to a list of shops that stock the product.
Every Pink Box contains five selected products. Our website and monthly newsletter always list all the products included in the monthly box. However, each customer will receive a selection of five products per month.

4. GIFT VOUCHERS


Sorry, that's not possible, because the boxes are always sent out at the end of each month. However, we do have great voucher boxes which you can order. The voucher box contains a voucher for 3, 6 or 12 months, as well as 2-3 beauty surprises. These boxes can be ordered under “Vouchers”.
The gift vouchers are valid for 3, 6 or 12 months. After this time, the recipient will no longer receive boxes. The voucher will therefore not automatically renew. However, customers are welcome to sign up for a subscription or to redeem another voucher using the same customer account.
If you are already a customer, you can enter the voucher code in your customer account under “Invoices”. The voucher will be credited to your account automatically and you will not be charged for the corresponding period. If you are a new customer, you can enter the voucher code in the order form in the “Voucher code” field. You can check the credit in your customer account at any time.
If you have redeemed a gift voucher, your subscription will end after the specified period, without you having to cancel it. Once you've received your last Pink Box, you can subscribe again or redeem another voucher in your customer account.
Check your spam folder to see if the voucher has been sent there. If you can't find the voucher there either, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be able to send you the voucher again.

5. PINK POINTS


You can earn Pink Points by inviting friends and rating the products in your box. Once you've earned 100 Pink Points, you'll receive a free Pink Box. The Pink Points you earn are automatically added to your customer account.
Click on «Invite a friend». Enter your friend's e-mail address and click on «Invite». Your friend will receive a personal e-mail invitation and be able to get their first Pink Box for the special price of CHF 9.95, rather than CHF 19.95. As soon as your friend orders a Pink Box, you'll earn 25 Pink Points.
Click on “Rate”. Here, you can see boxes with products still to be rated. Click on the box for which you want to rate products. Then click on the “Rate” button for the product to give feedback on it. Once you've logged in to your customer account, you can rate the products you've tested. You'll earn 2 Pink Points for each product you give feedback on, up to a maximum of 10 Pink Points per box.
You can see your current point balance in your customer account under “My Pink Points”.
You need to earn at least 100 Pink Points to redeem a free Pink Box. When logged in, you'll be able to see the “My Pink Points” section in your customer account, where you can redeem your Pink Points. Your Pink Points will be deducted from your next Pink Box.
You have 6-8 weeks following dispatch of your Pink Box to test the products in it and give feedback on them. Your Pink Points do not expire, but all points will be permanently lost if you cancel your subscription.
